Australian men’s team finalised

Australian men’s coach Ric Charlesworth has finalised his squad for the Rabobank World Cup and has included 10 defending world champions in the 18-strong line-up. Jamie Dwyer and Liam De Young are taking part in their fourth World Cup. However Charlesworth has left out the experienced Kiel Brown, Jason Wilson and George Bazeley who were part of the Australian squad during the final round of the World Hockey League in January. Jeremy Hayward is the least experienced member of the Kookaburras. The 21-year-old made his senior international debut at the Azlan Shah Cup in March, scoring three goals in eight matches.
