Both the women of England and Argentina qualified for the Rabobank Hockey World Cup 2014. England reached the finals of the third round of the Hockey World League in London by a 4-2 win over Argentina. As the first three teams of the HWL qualify automatically, England will be in The Hague next year. An extra spot for the World Cup is for the best ranked number four of the third rounds of the Hockey World League in Rotterdam. Argentina is higher-ranked than Rotterdam’s fourth-place finisher New Zealand, and is therefore qualified even if it loses tomorrows third-place-match.
