This week the Kyocera Stadium witnesses the complete removal of its grass pitch and its ground is being prepared for the Hockey Worldcup. During five days and nights there is a continuous 24 hours´ effort to get the job done. On 3 August there will be a (temporary) new grass pitch for the first home game of ADO Den Haag. In 2014 the regular grass pitch in the Kyocera Stadium will be permanently replaced by artificial turf. After the Hockey World Cup ADO Den Haag will switch to playing on artificial turf for soccer.
