South Africa men's and women's coaches have named their team to take part in the Rabobank Hockey World Cup 2014. Women's coach Gilles Bonnet stays with continuity, as 13 of the 18 players in the squad have over 100 caps.

Men's coach Fabian Gregory has chosen an combination of youth and experience. He brought back penalty corner-specialist Justin Reid-Ross, who hasn’t played for South Africa since London 2012.
