Three more places for the Rabobank Hockey World Cup 2014 in Rotterdam are being decided in Malaysia as the second Third Round of the Hockey World League for men takes place this week. Group A consists of Germany, Korea, Argentina and Japan. Group B is made up of England, Pakistan, South Africa and Malaysia. The two finalists and third-placed team in both events will qualify for the Rabobank Hockey World Cup in Rotterdam in June 2014.

Belgium, Australia and the Netherlands are already assured of a place following the Third Round tournament in Rotterdam in mid-June. Because the Netherlands automatically qualifies as the host, one extra place will be available for the best of the Third Round losers. The other five teams at next year’s Rabobank Hockey World Cup will be made up of the five Continental champions .
